Three usual causes: the phone was never granted notification permission; a battery saver is closing the app in the background (Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung); or the filter is new and still recording its baseline. Alerts are stored in the app either way — the Notifications button always has them.
The filter is still on its first check. We record what already exists and send nothing — otherwise a new filter would fire hundreds of alerts in its first minute. From the next check onwards it alerts normally.
Either it points at a single listing (we need a results page), or the site isn't supported, or the link carried no filters at all. The third is the common one: set the filters on the site, check they appear in the address bar, and copy it again.

In the app: Account → Delete account. In a browser: the account deletion page.
